Responsibilities:

LWIR Camera Testing:

• Test multiple flight and qual LWIR camera units in temperature chambers in Boeing labs to greenlight OFT2 Starliner launch.

• Work with test engineers and hardware engineers to develop test plans, analyze data, and present findings to Boeing authorities.

VHDL Testbenches:

• Wrote VHDL modules and Verilog testbenches to develop a space avionics card test box. 

• Simulated VHDL/Verilog modules in QuestaSim to verify behavioral functionality of test box.

• Synthesized firmware modules on Xilinx FPGA and probed using lab tools to verify ADC timings and test box signals.

EMI Testing:

• Supported test/systems engineers with EMI testing of space avionics box to debug test console and avionics box, and quantify areas of improvement.
